Walton Railton was formed through the merger of two practices already well established in Tauranga. David Kent and Ron Armstrong were partners in the firm of Walton Kent Co, which had been founded in 1953 when George Walton commenced in practice. Chris joined forces with David and Ron in 1977 to form Walton Railton Co the resulting larger company enabled them to take advantage of computer technology and increase the range of services available to their clients. Lisa started work at Walton Railton in May 2011 and became an Associate of the firm in 2013. She is currently studying towards completing her Accounting Technician qualification.
