Lisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Graduate Diploma in Business Communications, Certificate in Advertising, Prince2 Foundation Practitioner, and Certificate in Risk Management. Geoff has over 25 years of information and service management experience, including 20 years within the hospital and community care industry.
As Customer Operations Manager, Trent is responsible for leading and managing our Monitoring Centres in both Australia and New Zealand, along with our Customer Service and Clinical Services teams. Tunstall's Connected Health Nursing Team comprises many years of experience in nursing, care management and health support. As Nurse Manager Connected Health at Tunstall Healthcare, Angela leads the Connected Health Nursing team, responsible for the clinical triage services of Tunstall’s connected health clients. Angela also works closely with Tunstall’s Project Management Office, contributing to the overall growth of the business through stakeholder engagement, business development, project implementation, training programs, and clinical governance.
Based in Tunstall Healthcare’s New Zealand centre, Katie works within the Connected Health Nursing team to deliver clinical triage services to Tunstall’s connected health clients. Our Australasian Head Office is based in Brisbane, Australia and houses a 24 7 Monitoring Centre, Customer Service, Accounts, Sales, Marketing and Technical Teams as well as the Logistics Centre. As Business Development Manager, Paula contributes to the overall growth of the business, focusing on new partnerships across the Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. Bringing over 25 years of sales experience to Tunstall, Paula has previously worked as a Business Development Manager at Independence Australia, Coca Cola Amatil and L’Oreal

If a personal medical alarm or accompanying sensor is activated, a call is immediately activated to Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre where it is answered by trained telecare operators. If they have not activated an alarm call by an established time then an operator will phone their home to check on their wellbeing.
