Having never practiced a martial art earlier I wasn’t 100 sure what I had got myself into. Here at The Martial Arts Academy we have focused on providing our members with a world class, tidy sociable training environment. A student training in Aikido develops at his or her own pace, level of fitness and understanding, so no previous martial arts training is required.
This class suits children who have some experience in a martial art already but not required. TM AA Box Fit is an exciting way to lose weight, and get a packed body workout. May Thai classes for competitors, people honest wanting to retain fit, and kids classes will be available for people of all levels of fitness and ability.
TM AA is a leading supplier of AMA, Boxing, May Thai, BJJ, martial arts training gear and equipment. Arrive join us for an action packed week of mirth activities, including Taekwon Do, Self defense, Anti Bullying, Brazilian Jim Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Hung Au, Gymnastics and a lot more. When starting a fresh martial art, some times it's vast to get a kick start, so we are offering these vast packages to help you get solely fitted out with all the correct gear, and to accelerate your learning by taking someone on one classes with our world class trainers. TM AA is now offering Swasthya Yoga classes on Sundays at 10pm, these classes are free for our members and a 15 casual fee for non members, and the beginning class is free.
