The technicool team consists of our Director, a Manager, 6 experienced Refrigeration Air Conditioning engineers and 3 office staff. Lindsay has worked locally in the refrigeration and air conditioning business for 30 years. Anthony has worked locally in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry on and off for the last 20 years. He has experience in the design, installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems ranging from domestic air conditioning heatpumps, through to commercial refrigeration and air conditioning in supermarkets, kiwi fruit coolstores, wineries, manufacturing plants and office buildings.
His last 5 years have been spent as a sales design engineer at a local company specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems. Troy has been exposed to a range of refrigeration and Air Conditioning and most recently has been responsible for installing the refrigeration at new cool stores being built by Trevelyan’s and Aongatete Coolstores Ltd. Josh joined us nearly 3 years ago and has a total of 9 years’ experience in the industry. After college Josh completed his apprenticeship with another local company and continued working there as a qualified engineer. He started his apprenticeship in 2001 on shipping containers and progressed through all aspects of refrigeration supermarkets, cool stores etc. He has worked with Marine refrigeration in the fishing industry commercial shipping and recreational boating , Heavy industrial refrigeration ammonia , Commercial refrigeration and air conditioning and Supermarket Refrigeration.
He started his career working as a fabricator engineer building specialised refrigeration cabinets and cases for supermarkets and Coke. She focuses on HR, H S, advertising, and project work arising from Business objectives. Kelly was a HR and Recruitment manager for over 10 years in the UK and brings these management skills to the role. She focuses on the financial accounts, stock and job management parts of the business.

If you prefer fixed costs for budgeting purposes we can give you a quoted price rather than charging for the time we are onsite for planned maintenances. We believe that planned maintenance is an essential part of the upkeep and performance of your equipment. We understand that every customer’s needs are different and we are flexible with the frequency of your planned maintenance, from monthly, 6 weekly, 3 monthly, 4 monthly and so on. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile to ensure 100 customer satisfaction , through quality workmanship we employ our own fully qualified engineers and don’t use subcontractors and competitive pricing. We listen to our customers’ needs and tailor systems to suit their specific requirements
