We lead trans formative tranquil meditation retreats for professional development and personal deepening into mindfulness practice. When teaching in group settings, direct individual instruction is provided according to people's questions and comments. On give public mindfulness courses, private mindfulness sessions, workplace mindfulness training and Mindful Mums courses and workshops. Our vision for Aware Living is to bear individuals, workplaces and organizations with attainable mindfulness skills and strategies for increased healthy being in our daily lives.
Natasha is a Mindfulness adviser to the HF and trains and supports mindfulness facilitators to deliver Pause, Breathe, Smile. Grant is the creator of the national Pause, Breathe, Laugh mindfulness in schools programmed, a unique internationally recognized Mindfulness Based Intervention, helping kiwi kids learn this valuable life skill. We are based imminent Tauranga and deliver courses throughout New Zealand by arrangement. P pragmatic, compassionate and skillful teachers with over 17 years dedicated training and practice experience each, including numerous periods of long quiet retreat and attending many teachings with masters of mindfulness and meditation.
The evidence bottom for mindfulness meditation is woven throughout out our teaching, along with down to earth examples and practices for how to bring mindfulness into our everyday parenting and work lives. In the previous year we have trained over 60 teachers, principals, other education professionals and mindfulness educators to deliver this programmed in New Zealand schools. Our training provides participants with a balance of mindfulness instruction and practice in a gregarious and relaxed way that encourages questions and discussion. We offer brief retreats in the Bay of Enough and longer retreats throughout Fresh Zealand by request.
Grant is a published author of a number of triumphant mindfulness research studies for the Pause, Breathe, Smile programmed, in partnership with Auckland University of Technology and Auckland University. This option allows participants more time to learn and practice mindfulness techniques and strategies, focusing on any exceptional organizational training objectives identified. Clients organizations and workplaces we have provided mindfulness training to. We have attended many lengthy silent retreats and we produce retreats and training for others wishing to facilitate mindfulness. This in depth course is suitable for everyone, including practitioners in health and education settings, parents, people experiencing stress, anxiety or depression, people with pain or illness, and those who are interested in their healthy being and would like to learn how to tame the comply and body, and live more fully in the offer moment.
