His focus is predominantly on steel construction buildings within the commercial and rural sector. Clients, building crews and subcontractors are all people he liaises with in his working day. His personal and honest approach and attention to detail has resulted in many satisfied clients. Shirley has been an integral part of the team for more than ten years and is sharply focused on the financial reporting requirements of her job, and also on all aspects of health and safety. Karen enjoys her wide variety of work and can’t recall any dull moments in more than five years employment with this inspiring team.
For 50 years, Letts Buildings have been designing and constructing buildings for a variety of applications up and down the North Island. Formed in 1965 by Ted Lett, the business has been built on a reputation for quality, performance and flexibility in designing and building to your specifications. With our own large factory in the Bay of Plenty, we produce our own framing, trusses, flashings etc. By maintaining control of the whole process we are able to offer quality assurance, efficiency and better service. We pride ourselves on our vast experience in the building industry and our fussy contract builders who are loyal and dedicated to our product
