Rachel Scrivin has been a keen sports woman for all of her life and is dedicated to helping athletes accomplish their stuffed potential. This 4 Week Body Bootcamp is designed to kick start your body into weight loss and change your eating habits. Review appointments are required every 2 weeks for repeat packed body anthropometry. At FoodFX you will learn how to eat for all phases of your training and competition in order to maximize your athletic performance.
FoodFX will also provide 4 weeks of guided training to assist in your weight management goals. Nutrition is a key component to getting the results you need from your training and for competition. Specific meal plans are provided for the 12 weeks of the programmed and training is encouraged. She is also a certified Body Balance instructor who regularly teaches to continue fit. As an athlete it is imperative to understand what, when, why and how much to eat in order to maximize training, competitions and recovery.
Over many years busy closely with many of NZ's choice competitive runners Sprinters through to Ultramarathon runners, I have nice tuned the knowledge of what nutrition strategies work, and created this book. If you require a exceptional therapeutic diet due to a diagnosed medical condition FoodFX can aid in managing your food intake to enhance quality of life. At FoodFX you will learn how to manage your food intake by 'portion control' and how to eat well for life. Rachel Scrivin is the Director of FoodFX, she is a Fresh Zealand Registered Dietitian who specialisms in Sports Nutrition, and due to her extensive nutritional knowledge and experience is capable to produce treatment for therapeutic diets.
