Elliotts Funeral Services is proud to be a member of the Funeral Directors’ Association of New Zealand FDANZ . Tauranga | Katikati . Rosebank Chapel was originally constructed with only a small family chapel until a major renovation programme took place in the early 1980s when the current chapel, catering facilities and offices were constructed. In their formative years, Elliotts chose to be distinctive by importing a white Chevrolet hearse, thereby forming a tradition of white hearses, which has continued until the present day. In 2013 Elliotts relocated from Tui Street, Mt Maunganui and opened their Monumental Showroom Office on the corner of Gloucester Girven Road, Mt Maunganui, which also offers facilities including a family chapel and viewing lounge. Elliotts Funeral Services pride themselves on being able to offer a full range of funeral services and providing exceptional friendly care, that is above all sincere. By joining together we are able to share professional development and industry knowledge, and set higher standards in the funeral profession nationwide.

Manager and Funeral Director, Neil Gedge moved with his wife Lyn to Tauranga in 1986 when he purchased Elliotts Funeral Services.
Neil is an outdoors person who loves fishing, hunting, cycling boating and all water sports. Having recently moved into town from an orchard he is enjoying spending weekends gardening, volunteering with Coastguard and is an active Rotarian. He believes it is a privilege to work as a funeral director, meeting new people and supporting them through difficult times. Bruce developed an interest in funeral directing during his five years of chaplaincy, especially when working with people in grief, and conducting funerals as well as weddings.
Bruce holds a National Certificate in Funeral Directing and regards his work with Elliotts as the most satisfying and rewarding he has ever done. With two adult children having long left the nest Warwick and Rina spend their time together with friends, enjoying their garden and their home. He completed most of his schooling at Dilworth College, Auckland, and then returned to Tauranga to complete a building apprenticeship. Carole provides our Elliotts families with after care support should they desire it. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and three small grandchildren, gardening and cooking for family and friends.
After leaving school, she spent many years in the newspaper industry both in Australia and New Zealand, joining Elliotts in 2007. Anne’s istration Skills have been put to good use throughout varied roles since moving to Auckland, ranging from Reservations Manager for a large corporate Hotel, and varied Customer Services Roles. Semi Retirement beckoned Anne and her husband George to re locate to the Sunny BOP late 2016. Tauranga | Katikati
