Our focus remains firmly concentrated on innovative, specialist products for the construction industry. Demden continues to be the exclusive NZ distributor of Denka CSA as we have been since 1968! deaden are NZ’s only suppliers of Xypex the world leading concrete waterproofing, remediation and durability solution that has no equivalent. The addition of Xypex Admix to the vehicle park definite is expected to amplify the design life expectations of the structure, by resisting chloride penetration through the 40MPa tangible and imparting its renowned self healing skill for pleasing cracking. On two important concrete structures at the North Shore City sewage treatment plant, Dena BSA was specified to eliminate structural cracking and expansion joints.
Normal slabs were not able to provide the required properties, including minimal floor joints. Tech Parched is one example of a product researched, sourced through global networks and then imported by deaden, as a solution to an industry problem. The elimination of shrinkage cracks and expansion joints in three cold store floors has greatly enhanced their durability under heavily loaded lofty racking and forklift trucks
