Our workshop is serviced by two, five tonne remote controlled overhead gantries with machine shop facilities, profile cutting, specialised auger manufacturing equipment and other general engineering equipment for the fabrication of both stainless and mild steel. Conveyor Industries provide healthy and safe working conditions for all staff, contractors, visitors, and members of the public at any company controlled site. Our experienced personnel are trained with the following qualifications to NZQA Unit Standard where possible
Conveyor Industries sets the standard in design, manufacture, and installation of conveying equipment associated with the bulk materials handling industry. Since completing this project Conveyor Industries have worked closely with Andritz using the equivalent system in a variety of industries throughout Fresh Zealand and Australia.
The paunch can also be diverted to the raw material bins to allow for maintenance labor to be carried out on the conveyors while the system is still operating. On triumph of the beginning system installed in the Taranaki region a second system has recently been commissioned in North land. Conveyor Industries were approached by a rendering plant in Australia for advice on a Raw Material Intake System and were capable to donate a solution combined with competitive pricing to fabricate the equipment in NZ and ship it directly to site for installation. Conveyor Industries manufactures a expansive range of slide gates to suit individual customer requirements manufactured from both carbon and stainless steels.
