This document explains how the Fresh Zealand polite aviation system is developed and controlled. Airspace can be designated as either controlled airspace, or special use airspace. The Aeronautical Information Publication ADP is the document for stylish operational information. Fresh Southern Sky is the name for the implementation phase of the National Airspace and Air Navigation Plan.
Courteous Aviation Rules, Part 77 covers objects and activities that affect airspace. Fresh Southern Sky is about the practical steps aviation participants need to take to enable a safe, effective, transition to new technologies as demand for airspace increases. In 2007 the AA launched a new risk based Surveillance System where every certificated aviation participant is rated according to the level of aviation safety risk they pose.
