Initially employed as an analyst programmer, she worked for 13 years in this capacity for a number of corporate companies including a year in the UK, working on a variety of applications from production through to financial packages. After having a family of three children, Theresa directed her knowledge into a training capacity, and initially developed and taught a course for Microsoft Access. In 1996 Theresa began providing Microsoft training services in the Tauranga area, advising clients on how best to achieve their training objectives, delivering training, writing and customising courseware and providing programming and application resource for businesses.
